I sold my GTI through Que who gave me a fair price with outstanding service and made my life and decision a lot easier, so much so 3 months later my girlfriend bought her Mini JCW from them again with amazing service and making the whole process enjoyable and stress free.

BMW 340i

Jay and Sara sold me a 340i m sport( lovely people) , J delivered it to Sunderland in immaculate condition as advertised, the car is absolutely brilliant, I had an issue with a warning light due to a downgrade of modification, they bent over backwards and paid for a quick remedy at a local specialist, I've had no issue since and the car looks amazing and runs like a dream, as they say its the ultimate driving machine, thank you J & S for everything, you've made an old man extremely happy, I am now reliving my youth annoying the neighbours with the growl of a B58 F30. Cheers and keep doing what you do, thanks again, highly recommended.

I recently purchased my M235I from Jay and Sarah and i can honestly say they are probably the best car dealers ive ever dealt with, they are both , easy going , knowledgeble and helpful . The whole experience was more like buying from a friend rather than the usual sales pressure enviroment felt at other dealerships .
Jay was very happy to let me take a decent test drive and encouraged me to discover the potential of the car ,which i fell in love with straight away.
i would recomend anyone looking for a top spec BMW to give them a call you wont be dissapointed , i wasn't and would definately buy from them again.

Sold my car to Que and dealt with Jay. The whole process couldn't have been more straightforward and upfront. Jay travelled over 6 hours to collect my car at late notice and was polite, friendly and professional. It can be hard to know what you are in for when selling a premium car for those without experience of doing so, but Jay is a person of integrity who you can trust to be a person of his word. Highly recommend.

what can I say, was in the market for a BMW M2 had visited 2 main dealer garages to look at used cars. Then I decided to take myself to que automotive. What a difference in service 👍. Even after an extensive test drive I never felt any pressure to purchase the car in fact the complete opposite . Class outfit would definitely recommend. 5* Would recommend Que Qutomotive to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle regardless of manufacturer. They specialise in acquiring only the best and their current stock at any one time demonstrates this.

Jay and Sarah were down to earth, straightforward and a delight to deal with right from the very start. (Something even a certain BMW main dealer couldn't do!)

They made the 400mile journey from Scotland a complete pleasure and even collected me from Stansted Airport within 15 minutes of landing!

Two weeks have now past since making the return journey north in my new car which was fantastic and wanted to share some genuine, honest, positive feedback.

MK3 Focus RS

Messaged jay about his Mk3 Focus Rs he had in stock as it Was Extremely well priced with a great spec! Less than 24 hours later Sarah did all the paperwork in record time and part Exchange agreed with jay set a meeting place as im from West cumbria! Met half way The same day! the car description was perfect . What great customer service from such a lovely duo! Team work makes the dream work! If your reading this and considering buying do it now you know it makes sense!

Very simple transaction, from beginning to end. Communication was excellent throughout. Something i've never done when buying a used car is buy without driving, let alone without seeing but i was assured that the car was as advertised and Que conducted their business with transparency, an attribute i had seen whilst reading previous reviews. Deal was made and cash transferred, and to be fair i was nervous up until we met and the keys were in my hand, however I was not disappointed, the car was stunning albeit with 600miles of winter motorway crud on it!! Que delivered for a very reasonable rate for a 1200 mile round trip for them. A small genuine dealership who are excellent to deal with and will go out of their way to help. Many thanks S & J

Sourced my car!

I approached Que Automotive after having them recommended by a friend who brought a car in 2018 from them. From the first phone call I knew something was different about this firm. There was no hard sell, no wanting to discuss one car which I phoned about. They genuinely wanted to know about my situation. What I like and want from my car and with that information basically was honest and said we don’t have anything that’ll suit you. “So let’s source one that will”. Pretty bold statement if you ask me. But the guys delivered on their word and boy did they deliver. A car was sourced from the most northern point of the Scottish Mainland (an area where I as a buyer would never have dreamed of going) transported back, checked over and prepped. After this and only once they felt the car perfect we arranged the purchase and pick up. A firm like no other around, truely superb, second to none. There aren’t enough compliments I can put in this review.

Absolutely first class experience. Wish I had found these guys before as I would have bought my last eight cars from them! Even delivered my car to me free of charge (a round trip of at least 100 miles). I could waffle on for ages about Q Automotive but in one word..........perfect!

B5 RS4

Well ..., where do I begin. I’ve been looking for an Audi RS4 B5 avant in red for years and I mean years. This beautiful example was presented by Q-automotive with no expense spared in getting her back to mechanical superiority. Jay and Sarah are so welcoming and friendly with a real passion for what they do. They go above and beyond to make you feel as if you’re their only customer. No pressure, relaxed approach of selling people there dream car is a breath of fresh air to the industry. A truly pleasurable experience and they make a cracking cuppa. I would highly recommend you take a look or just pop in for a nose...., you won’t be disappointed. Great people.., great cars .

I have bought an immaculate BMW M3 from Jay and Sarah this weekend which they were selling on behalf of a friend.

When Enquiring About The M3 Jay was more than happy to take the time in answering all of my questions and arranging a suitable time to view the car.

On the day of the viewing Sarah was fantastic. The test drive was amazing. I was given the time I needed to think and figure out the numbers making The Whole experience A Very Easy Transaction.

Before I offer my feedback I think it right to say I have bought many cars in my lifetime - I'm a petrol head and get the urge to drive something new. Based on my experience I have to place Question Automotive at the top, the whole purchasing experience was an absolute joy! Nothing was too much trouble, assistance and communication prior to viewing the car was second to none and the care shown during the viewing and subsequent shaking of hands was exemplary. Lovely couple to deal with, trustworthy, enthusiastic and just the right amount of attention - not too pushy. They also have a passion for their cars, this was so infectious for a petrol head like myself. To summarise, Que Automotive is a rarity, a dealership you can whole heartedly trust with some incredible cars on offer! I cannot do the company justice in a short review - they really are that good! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would! Jay and Sarah have been fantastic support from start to finish. Whilst waiting for the DVLA to change the paperwork for the car, Sarah picked my car up which I was part exchanging to put it through a MOT and returned it to me at work once it was finished, so helpful and flexible! As this meant I still had a car to use. Tonight they went out to their to deliver the car to my house as the paperwork was complete!
